How often do you find yourself feeling like this:

“It has to be me because I’m the only one who will do it right.”

“I’ve got too much going on, I don’t have a moment to think.”

“I can’t say no because they are counting on me.”

“I’m too tired to leave the house tonight and meet up with friends.”

Just like you, my mind used to be flooded with these thoughts on a daily basis.

A few years ago, I was running a successful brick & mortar nutrition business.

Every day, I was on the ground, helping women heal their bodies from:

  • Digestion issues
  • Sleep Issues
  • Adrenal Fatigue
  • Aches and Pains
  • Food allergies
  • Hormone Imbalances
  • Weight fluctuations

In an effort to be it all, these women were suffering, mind, body, and soul.

And so was I…

As a nutrition counselor, I took care of myself physically. But inside, it was another story…

Overwhelm, stress, anxiety, worry and fatigue were my constant companions.

I couldn’t turn my mind off at night, and my social life was non-existent. When I did try to relax, I’d feel agitated.

But I kept my chin up, and made the best of everything. I was a proud multitasker, and wore the “busy badge” with honor.

The truth is, getting things done has always been important to me. And I didn’t see another way to be successful…

It took my dear friend, Barbara Stanny, to call me out with love and honesty. And, I still remember the moment her words reached my ears…

“Suzy, you are addicted to ‘busy’ ness!”

It was shocking. Me, “addicted”? But deep down, I knew it was true.

I wasn’t just busy, I was living in sheer overwhelm.

I wasn’t happy, and I was tired—tired of always being so tired.

I knew I couldn’t give up on my goals and dreams. But something had to change…

And so, I began to explore this hidden “addiction” of mine.

It was time for a new way. Now, I just had to find it.

In the midst of our “addicted-to-busy” culture, I did the unthinkable

I took a year-long sabbatical to unhook from my “addiction to busy.”

For one year, I put the brakes on my busy and overwhelmed lifestyle and committed to “do less”…

 And here’s what happened…

I learned the deep-seated beliefs that kept me on the hamster wheel.

I learned how my old patterns and stories were keeping me stuck.

I learned practices to shift my thoughts and bring peace, even when
things were “falling apart” around me.

I learned how to say “no” with grace.

I learned how to set boundaries.

I learned how to ask for help.

I learned the art of self-care.

I learned why sharing my truth connected me to others.

I learned that I was not alone.

And I’ve helped women, like you incorporate my blueprint into their own life, with powerful results…

No matter how much you have going on in your life,

you have access to a rich source of ease, calm, and joy right now.

In fact, it’s simply waiting for YOU to tap in…

Come see what’s on the other side of YOUR busy lifestyle… (trust me, you will love what you discover!)
