My end of the year thought for you…

“So tell me what you want, what you really, really want…”
1996 ‘Wannabe’ by the Spice Girls was all the rage. I was 33, married to an alcoholic, mom to a wonderful 6-year-old, and I was struggling to prove to the world, that despite what my narcissist mother led me to believe, I was good enough!

I constantly strived for what I thought would provide a semblance of feeling accepted and appreciated, but no matter how hard I worked, how many people I pleased or how much appreciation I received, I was plagued by self-doubt and not being enough—not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, witty enough, nice enough, and so on.

I said “yes” to everyone, living in constant exhausted overwhelm, disregarding my own needs and never slowing down enough to ask myself “Suzy, what do you really, really want?”

Now, imagine waking in the morning feeling comfortable in your own skin and not dreading the day ahead.

Imagine embarking on a project without fear of failure or leading your team and your family from a place of calm centeredness.

Imagine having those uncomfortable conversations with so much respect for yourself, that you no longer fall into the co-dependent trap, or squash your feelings to maintain status quo.

Imagine feeling strong, solid, and liking yourself…a lot!

This is how you feel when you’ve built a foundation that is supported by clarityclarity of what you want (your desires), who you are and how you want to feel. You’re focused on what is most important to youno longer pulled in a million different directions by the force of obligation, and trying to be someone you’re not.

You are you. You own it!

My years of striving to ‘be enough’ taught me a lot and I accomplished a lot too—at huge cost to my well-being.

What do you want in 2021? Would you like to elevate your leadership abilities, own or grow a business, lead a team, or transition into something that is more ‘you’, and most important, settle into your own skin, while maintaining your health and well-being?

The worldyour family, your friends, your co-workers, your team…needs you to free yourself from the chain of socially influenced behaviors, allowing your inner light to shine brightly…leading by example from the inside out.

This is what I help women do.

Guided by years of living through it all, and then distilling what took me decades to integrate, into a mentoring modality that takes you from self-doubt to self-confidence by identifying and breaking through what’s getting in your way…you are able to achieve and be what you really really want!

Does this happen overnight? Oh, heck no. But I tell you what – start now, with guided steps that foster mindfulness, ever-growing awareness and methods for releasing what’s holding you back, and you will turn years of what can feel like slogging through the mud, into months of revelation that is life changing—and easier than you ever imagined!

Calling in ‘Your’ Clarity (your wants) is powerful, life transforming, career enhancing, business thriving and heart fulfilling.

So, tell me…when was the last time you asked yourself “what do I really really want?”
